Detroit’s ADC Band combine a tight rhythm section, assertive vocals and danceable ensemble funk on Long Stroke. The title track became a signature song, and the album reflects the full-band energy of late-1970s funk and soul. A good selection for listeners who enjoy deep grooves and vintage group arrangements.
