Brooklyn rapper Lil’ Cease first became known through Junior M.A.F.I.A. and his close association with The Notorious B.I.G. His 1999 solo debut The Wonderful World of Cease A Leo extends that world with an all-star supporting cast and a mixture of street records and party tracks. The album marks Cease’s move from crew member to solo artist.
