Philadelphia collective State Property helped give Roc-A-Fella a distinctive Philly voice, bringing together Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Young Gunz, Peedi Crakk, Oschino and Omillio Sparks. Their 2003 second album, The Chain Gang Vol. II, includes Young Gunz’s Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop and balances crew chemistry with hard-edged individual performances.
